Something about the idea of the Coast to Coast version of Space Ghost being that jacked seems so wrong to me. He just doesn't have the energy of a character who has and follows a regimented workout program.

To be fair, original Space Ghost isn't even that cut.

Although I will admit I always appreciated the fact Space Ghost looks buff without looking dehydrated and/or roided. He's muscular for performance and not for show (and there is a big difference)

Very true and good point.

They were overall drawn a lot closer to action dolls to body builders back then, and I personally prefer it to uber rippled superheros in general

Ha I wore that costume nearly 20 years ago. Was only 19 but got let into every bar without ID. Invited on stage with some cool rockabilly band to dance, and got hit on a ton (not pictured, those are my sisters). And it was all the costume. Trust me, I know me. I owe a good time to that costume.

I was Brak for Halloween when I was 11. 😂 My mom made the costume and I made the mask. She wasn't happy because she, ugh, didn't love Brak like I do, lol. Unfortunately the camera broke 3 weeks later when we were at Disney World, so the picture she took was lost forever. 😱
