Okay, only slightly related. I remember time on Cartoon Planet Brak sang a variation of “Rainy Day Women # 12 an # 35l“ with the refrain “Everybody Must Get Rocks Thrown At Them!” Only saw it once and never again, but it was my favorite thing in the world. Did this really happen?
“Someone left the cake out in the rain. I don’t think that I can take it, ‘cause it took so long to bake it and I’ll never have the recipe again. Oh no!”

Nice! Thanks for sharing. I did not know. I only had your masterful voice lamenting how Brak was gonna eat that cake and somehow my brain saved it as a core memory.
When I was a kid my aunt and uncle had made some weird space ghost mix tape (my mom told me they ripped it from the radio but I doubt that) and I listened to that mix tape at maybe like 4 or 5 years old (2000ish) on a drive to Florida from Massachusetts, like the whole way. That and Shania Twain.
I want my uncle’s old truck. He spray painted it blue. It had a tacky feel on the surface because of the spray paint. It also had a “three-on-the-tree” shift. It was glorious!

We always took 40 to Reynoldsburg to see my grandma.
I still get that one lyric stuck in my head when I'm having ADHD brain fog.

The highway 40 sign is right at the end of their parking lot.
They have wonderful smash burgers.
