Usually I can manage to a bit live during the day, and today would have been the middle hour. For reasons it didn't happen.

Which is why I'm crying at home and not in the office and I guess that's a good thing? Bless you for providing the space and the platform for those who clearly needed it today

The whole stuff about talking to little you is so powerful.

I scoffed at it inside last week when my therapist said about doing it. Thought what an absolute waste of time.

I was a complete emotional wreck by the end. All by talking to an empty chair and being a parent for that child.

I listened to this on catch up while shopping in a supermarket abroad and found myself in tears by the yoghurt. Big love to Stuart. I know exactly how he feels - but it affected me in a different way and I think about it every day. The caller after Stuart as well, thank you ❤️
