I’m struck by the Trump administration’s attempt to redefine equality as discrimination against white people. This is a deeply racist idea that *equal outcomes* must be unfair, assuming white people are naturally at the top of the hierarchy.

In their Post DEI America there are two pillars of perversion:

1. Minorities don’t exist. Any contradiction can and should be erased.

2. If you fit the description of what was once called a “minority” your employment was at the expense of a better qualified white person. Termination is justified.
