My current board has MX Blues, and I have no complaints. I like the clicky-keys, but also I mostly work from home and the dog doesn’t seem to mind. Do you connect to multiple boxes? Can you recommend a KVM, or do you have multiple stations?

I have just some basic UGreen 3 PC KVM which works just fine. USB stuff is easy, it's only when you need to share video too that KVMs really diffrentiate on quality

For video, my main PC and my backup server/sabermetric number crunching PC get different monitor inputs. The PS5 gets the other HDMI input, and I control the file server and the laptop that connects to the audio system remotely from my main PC

If you want clicky keys, I like both the Kailh Box Jade and Kailh Box Navy, the former being a lighter clicky I use on all my numberpads and the Navys quite heavy.

My tactile keyboard is a GMMK2. I use a mix of switches (tactile only needed for touch typing keys, I use slightly weaker keys for pinkies, and very heavy linear spacebar), mostly Kailh Box Royals.

There tend to be fewer full size keyboard options for nice keyboard, because keyboard nuts tend to want compact, smaller keyboards. I need a full number pad in my tactile and clicky keyboards, but not necessary for linear since that's for gaming

That's the holdup for me. I don't really game anymore, and when I do it's on consoles. I want a good keyboard because I'm coding all day long, and I'm a "punch the keyboard" typist so I need the harder springs. Plus, I use the 10-key enough for input that being without it would suck.

Then I'd check out the Box Navys or Box Royals. I'm a heavy typer too. As I said, I do get lighter switches for shift, A, Q, Z, P, Enter as my pinkies are slightly weaker as I age. My thumb is a real pounder, so I've been using a Kailh Box Ancient Grey on the spacebar, like 3x the force of Red
