I don't agree with AOC on everything, but I don't agree with any politician on everything. This is the kind of energy the Democratic Party desperately needs. Republicans will be kicking sand in our faces every day going forward. Any attempts at "bipartisanship" will be rebuffed.
I don't see any hope of that happening on a national level anytime soon. Some states could start implementing a crack down on misinformation. But I think it'll get challenged as a 1st amendment issue.
She definitely is her own person but just one or two of those in government is not going to affect change when everyone else is bought out or have the own self interest.
The old guard Democrats need to get the boot. They are poised to make all the same mistakes that got Trump elected. Economic populism like healthcare for all is the only cure for fascism.
I’m a survivor of CSA. I can’t see or hear him or the entire Republican Party for the next 4 years. I self medicated the 4 years he stole the election from Hillary. Now he’s back. I’m stronger and tougher and I’m #NotGoingBack.
