Color me highly skeptikal but +1 for originality.
Stims can be a symptomatic palliative in some TBIs.
But adrenaline should be a brain vasoconstrictor which is iirc contra indicated contrary to e.g. gingko biloba or vimpocetine.
Adrenergy is one of the most well known cardiotoxin. Dopamine is neurotoxic
stimulants can be useful as a palliative and as a neuroprotective.
It might even cause some neurogenesis but it should never the less be cardiotoxic and moderately neurotoxic
