Hi Julia. Is there a paper which defines NHS privatisation? I guess it is largely about who employs the workforce? But there is a huge spend outside of this, from ICT, to Estates & equipment. Much of that is “privatised” /outsourced, and unlikely to be reversed (for myriad reasons), not all bad ones

NHS “privatisation” always seems to be a bit of a catch-all. There is so much service and supply to the NHS by specialist companies, for good reason - where do you draw the line?

The NHS is the only thing this country has to a unified religion. However in Northern Ireland it is completely broken. But that does not mean it should be broken up. It needs support and consensual reform. Thank you.
