The money's there.... in the hands of the rich. Popping a penny or two on higher rate income tax, and maybe tweaking a few other taxes (ideally making it harder for the wealthy to avoid paying taxes) should be sufficient.

100% choice. And yes there are lots of areas of public life that need help. But health underpins everything else.
