sadly it could’ve been as “simple” as a Google search, then stolen straight from there without any credit. A lot of people like to believe art on internet is just… free to use without permission. Itsucks!

Yeah, it does. I doubt the owner would have done that himself, but Idk if someone came in and traded in mats or if he picked them up from a convention or something, didn't really think of it at the time. I'm hoping it's a legit one cause it's a gorgeous piece and is always on my computer desk

It was originally commissioned as a limited edition playmat, about 3000 copies, back in 2012.

So it could be legit, really hard to say.

It is what it is, I've made a lot of money on that image myself, so I'm not terribly upset if it is bootleg.
