And it's not just goods and services sold to USAID, but all goods and services sold via the Development-Industrial Complex. A thing I learned via various consultancies over the years is how much "foreign aid" is actually spent in the US and/or on American workers and goods.

Also, not my idea, but they need an around-the-clock war room. If it's truly a battle for democracy, then think, plan, and execute accordingly.
