As a former teacher, I can attest to the fact that critical thinking is also parents jobs. I can also tell you parents don’t give a shit. I taught HS band. Concerts, football games, competitions, travel meetings. If I met 30% of the parents I’d be surprise.

This is not 1913. Before WWI tariffs funded the Federal Gov't but the war stopped most imports and the income tax was implemented to fund the gov't. DT thinks this is the answer to fund the gov't, as collected tariffs go into the general fund of US Tres., but no idea how 10-20%it affects prices.

So we know prices will go up, but in what reality has it been determined that US made products are better? Now we'll pay more for the products we want and if price is an issue, may need to buy an inferior US made product. I have a great idea, educate and upskill Americans to do higher level work!
