What a dapper little fellow! I hope he finds his way home, but if he doesn’t, you should see if there’s a children’s receiving home in the area who could use him, or a St. Jude’s.
He appears to be a Hallmark Tyler Teddy Bear from circa 1995, or a reproduction thereof. Based on his condition, you might look into local teddy-bear collector groups. Someone took good care of him, and probably misses him.
