Was Chrono Cross ost on part with Chrono Trigger ?
Played CT a bit but never played CC & I'm working on a list of potential jrpg covers for this year and next.

Maybe some Xenogears OST?
I also really like the music of the FF games (IV, V, VI, VII and IX).
Chrono Cross and Chrono Trigger are also among my favorites ❤️ (same composer)
There’s more of a celtic vibe.
Could be very nice with a banjo sound.
I'd say the OST is on par with CT but probably a bit less memorable for me as I played and replayed Chrono Trigger way more.
I mean either way... it's a Mitsuda soundtrack. He never missed. 🥲
