I surround myself with like 6/7 screens that I switch between about every 15 seconds for basically 12 hours straight almost every day what the fuck am I doing with my life man.

I gotta change this shit somehow but I don't think I meaningfully can right now.

This is one of those days where I ask myself if I have adhd/something similar and if I did, is it even possible to make a difference in how I do things

I genuinely don't know if how I function is normal but it sure doesn't feel right or healthy
