Why are crossover ‘vs’ movies always ostensibly about people on the ‘same’ side. Why do Alien vs Predator, Freddy vs Jason, Godzilla vs Kong, Batman v Superman, when you could do, Batman vs Freddy, Hercule Poirot vs Jigsaw, Sherlock vs Alien?
