This is exactly right. My guess is, especially restaurant workers and very small business owners in the service field like stylists, tattoo artists, etc

The #IRS, stripped to the bare bones, will not audit the rich, who will lawyer up. They will go after the middle and lower classes. Again, extracting money from those who least have it, and letting the rich gain more. Plutocracy over democracy. 1/2
