On the other talking about 'customers' and dressing it up in business jargon seems to miss the point. Companies keep customers happy so they can get more of them - but NHG plans to build fewer new homes (+ what % replacing existing ones?) so how? Rationale does not work

I know I’m a long time retired but is this really the language now being used in the sector ? My tip would be forget the jargon and just get on with answering the phone ( if they still have such things) and doing the repairs, preferably quickly.

I hope so. Notting Hill HT were always one of the HA’s I admired in my early career but they appear to have lost their way in more recent times. The only HA I’ve ever come across that get name checked in the lyrics of a song !
