Perhap caveat this with notes on:

1. income distribution (~less unequal than wealth)

2. Income & wealth in a global context (people in listed countries generally in the global top 10%)

all fair points. good wealth data are only available in a subset of countries, unfortunately. income us interesting but conceptually distinct from wealth, i’d argue.

In terms of wealth vs income definitely distinct. It matters what *use* this is put to. For well-being I (David) would argue that income is more important than wealth.

Thanks! Looked at it on my mobile and missed it.
Made me think of the work by INEQ (https://www.wu.ac.at/ineq/forschung/working-paper-series/wp-20). So the distribution might be even steeper if wealth at the top is better accounted for. But it is not my area of expertise.
