Dollars to donuts I’d say we have a budget proposal that cuts two carriers within the next four years. It’s the figure that everyone brings up and used to be a faux pas.

At some point budget pressures are going to force the uncomfortable conversation no one in a Navy uniform with flag rank wants to have about why we have carriers and what things the air wing is and is not good at
