Yes, Texas. The Texas abortion bounty law encourages private citizens to sue anyone who helps a person get an abortion after six weeks of pregnancy. The law offers a reward of at least $10,000 to anyone who successfully sues, to be paid by the defendant.

Idaho now has a similar law, I believe.
