MADRID (AP) — European Union leaders on Friday downplayed skepticism from U.S. President Donald Trump about solidarity among NATO members a day after they backed plans to spend more on defense amid wavering U.S. support.

They're ego-managing the Toddler-in-Chief after his attacks on Zelenskyy to prevent a tantrum. They're organizing, while keeping their new enemy at arm's length, not kicking him out. Yet. US will be shown the door before Trump threatens to leave again. They don't project their plans like he does.
I guess we'll have that debate after Trump has moved on from trashing every alli the US had to trying to defend the US against China. Another Trump disaster that we had no part in creating.
