Human remains found in the Prairie Green landfill belong to Morgan Beatrice Harris, one of four victims of serial killer Jeremy Skibicki, RCMP have confirmed.

I'm glad the family has been able to recover at least some part of Ms. Harris to lay to rest in a fitting place. The only person who belongs in a landfill is Skibicki himself.
