He is participating in the French and English-language debates organized by the Leaders’ Debates Commission, just not the TVA French debate which is asking the parties to pay money to fund the debate.

There is little need for a TVA debate IMO. The French and English ones being held on April 16 and 17th will be plenty.
Also it appears that TVA will only hold the debate if the main four party leaders sign up and pay 75,000 to take part in it.

My favorite bit is about Maxim Bernier. Him claiming that his party doesn’t court the far right, and yet wants to echo the exact same policies that are happening in the US, and also doing interviews with Alex Jones. What a wanker.
