Wow, W*rner Bros apparently thinks #Dramione is an IP infringement and had Et*y take down my listing! Interesting! Well, if any of you want the Dramione shirt, you're gonna have to just contact me or find me at a Con. #fanart

that *is* interesting—do you have other HP art/merch up currently that's evaded takedowns? (some slash ships iirc...) I've been wondering with the for-profit Dramione explosion recently where they were going to start drawing the lines.
Yep! They didn't seem to care about Drarry, Kowalski's Bakery, and my Spring Hallows pin. Now, granted, I've already removed a lot of my HP stuff, so this is the stuff left over that I thought was "safe."
That being said, W*rner has requested takedowns of things I absolutely don't believe are copyrighted. I.e., my Hipster Deathly Hallows. I am sure it got flagged bc I used "Deathly Hallows" but for real...this is NOTHING close to the DH symbol, and I thought geometric shapes cannot be copyrighted.
ALSO: I had gone through and changed all of my HP listings to not trigger any automated sweeps for IP names. So unless this method doesn't work, I think they specifically looked for "Dramione."
INTERESTING. I bet they are now since it's everywhere on Etsy. (Also definitely seems like they don't have a case on that symbol—do you have the bandwidth to fight them? Or is it not worth risking legal pressure?)
