It's unbelievable the amount of time and money they will dump into catching someone for vandalism but when a poor person is murdered if the killer doesn't turn himself in within 48 hours they give up.

Cops only exist to protect capital. Period.

They utilize the surveillance cameras everywhere on ppl they target. If they say they can find the killer, they probably wanted the victim dead, and were involved. Or they don't care.

It's more the they don't care. They aren't going to spend money and man hours going through surveillance cameras, re-creating timelines, pulling DNA, and running ballistics over some minimum wage worker who got shot outside their apartment.

They don't even fund DNA labs for SA kits.

It's been the Stasi for a while. They get most of their data from human surveillance gathering, which are everywhere, a bulk of the public works surveillance. The Tech supplements all of this data they're getting from their snitches.
