…need cardiology clearance which the hospital wont give me (seriously what is wrong with he people in this hospital, even the nurses are complaining about my care. That could take weeks. I’m not sure I’ll get infusions here in a timely manner to mitigate my CRps spread).

Have you gotten any good advice Samira? I hope you are doing OK. I would recommend getting into a neurologist ASAP and ask them to look at medications that treat both CRPS and trigeminal neuralgia. There are TN options that can help with immediate relief, including lidocaine drips.
