"ILL hold" - is it available in your local library or consortium, or did you have to ask it to be borrowed in from outside? I ask because I run interlibrary loan for my local publics, and requesting it from elsewhere will take longer than getting to your library from a connected local.

Cool, hopefully it's just from another library on campus which should be relatively quick. I do for public, and recently had a patron at one library place an ILL request expecting to get the copy held at another of the connected locals ...

That seems entirely plausible to me. Also you may have already done this, but it might be worth checking https://archive.org and academic databases to see if you can get the full text online immediately
