The renowned German violinist Christian Tetzlaff, increasingly disturbed by President Trump's embrace of Russia and other policies, said that he was canceling an eight-city U.S. tour and that he was unlikely to perform again in America unless the government reversed course.

My daughter and her (gay) partner recently moved to Vancouver Island. On Sunday on a canoe trip she was at Rum Island, a few hundred metres from the border. She won’t pay any attention but I worry that it may be unwise for her to cross that border under the current régime.

I've been to the US a few times in recent years, always with a degree of reluctance, mainly due to not wanting to be shot. Now I won't go because I don't trust them to land my plane safely and also if they do, I might get shot. Plus they've all gone mad.
