I love how the player sprite is lit by the muzzle flash when you fire, this really caught my eye when you first shared footage of InfeZtation. Such a simple idea, but I don't think I'd seen it done so well on the 64 before.

Thanks Dan. I couldn’t use the same technique of lighting up the background as the first infeZtation since this one isn’t hires. But the bigger sprite flashing still works pretty well without it.
