It is so insanely hard to find a place to live in Vancouver that is affordable and LIVABLE.
Sure, I can put a roof over my head, but will it crumble because of the upstairs neighbours stomping and the landlord's negligence? Will there be ants and roaches? Can I hear my neighbour fart?
