1. How that is consistent with the UK’s obligations under the European Convention on Human Rights, particularly Articles 3 and 8? As interpreted in the Goodwin v UK case in 2002 (and subsequent cases) which require States to have an effective method of acknowledging and accepting gender change?

Also what provisions have they set aside for public services and buildings to provide trans inclusion for the work place. Seems to me that it’s nothing so far.

Admittedly I am perversely describing a situation of segregation as inclusion but hopefully you know what I mean.

This is a really important point. Are they going to tell schools they have to delay fixing the chemistry lab ceiling that's falling down, because they have to use the budget to build a gender neutral toilet instead?

Yep I was also reminded of this seeing Starmer declare nhs should just use side rooms.

These are current both few in number and reserved for highly infectious people or those at end of life. So where now do they go if a trans person is being treated.

Unfortunately, the response I received was insensitive & devastating. Guess somebody who does not have lived experience or witnesses he or she does not bother to spare some time to talk to understand the case & person's suffering. Thank you for your advise, worth trying.
