Progress update!
I've been focusing more on strength over hypertrophy for the last few months, and the strength gains have been ridiculous.
I'm very close to a few 3 plate goals, and then I may hop back on the hypertrophy train. I miss the pumps and size XD

Lat pull downs, rows, and lateral raises are your friends when it comes to upper back and shoulders. Controlled reps with a deep stretch and 3 or 4 sets in the 10-15 rep range ๐ฅ
