I’ll go ahead and say the current bills are much more focused on sales of tobacco (ie local jurisdictions that have enacted 21+) - but it is one slippery slope that I want nothing to do with!!

Yeah... Missouri wants to preempt any local tobacco ordinances that have been lawfully put into place, thus backtracking clean air initiatives, smoke free spaces/places, etc.
