When did this cautionary tale turn aspirational? When did we decide to elevate this lowly figure of fun, with the ears of an ass, to a gold penthouse? And why?

Simple 2D color animation with some of the characters in flat perspective like the figures on Greek pottery
I just wish I had the time to create the animations for others
I was transported to being a 10 year old where Mr Marsh would read the Greek classics to us and then we would draw, paint, discuss the stories! Lucky me to explore now through your eyes and knowledge! Golden memories.
A welcome antidote to the turmoil of current affairs that might actually increase our capacity to make sense of them.
I hope Podyssey gets the awards it deserves. x
I've a mental image of Asterion escaping the Labyrinth and roaming the earth as a 1930's Marlowe-esque gum shoe. Short sighted, gruff good at puzzles so of thing.
That's been occupying brain space for twenty years.
