Any economic partnership must be between Europe and Ukraine, excluding US
1. Europe donated more to Ukraine war effort than US
2. Europe is Ukraine’s neighbour, it does not need another Fascist state on its border with Russia

It is a not particularly form of imperialism, effectively reserving post war reconstruction rights for the exclusive jurisdiction of the US and presumably US firms. In this way an attempt to freeze out larger European donors from that process; an attack on EU as much as UKR sovereignty
