Step 2: Make something fun, informative, and entertaining with them.

The concept should more like watching a show vs. a webinar. You need an angle.

Step 3: Make your marketing creative for the whole thing like it's own marketing campaign.

Parody something people know... do crazy photoshops with the guest... but make sure the partner is aligned and doing the same thing.

Step 4: 3 dedicated emails out to your list. 3 dedicated emails out to the partners list. Don't make them fill out a form again... they are already on your list... make them click the email to register.

Don't stuff it in a newsletter either. If people unsubscribe...it's a good thing. You don't want them on your list if they don't your emails.

Step 5: Send the email the day of to the stream.

Do the webinar/show... tell them you are going to send them a pitch after with money attached for a response.

Set expectations that some will get an offer to get paid to answer your sales rep. The ones who are not ideal ICP can just hang on your list with normal marketing follow up after.
