Sometimes going back to basics or making art of random things around you gets you back since we tend to overthink so much our brain like turns off sksksk doesn't have to be perfect, even silly doodles or sketches helps take your mind off it to recalibrate
heh, "overthink" is the way my brain works naturally. Did some doodling yesterday. It helped a bit, but nothing I felt proud of. Still, at least I practiced instead of just dropping it altogether.

Can't see it's right in front of us (my brain couldn't think of the word "about" or how to spell it because I thought so hard my brain couldn't recognize it xD Same thing happens to me with art all the time. If it feels hard, time to detract to something else, then go back)
