I’m very aware, I can’t speak on this particular topic because it directly correlates to my day job but I’m watching 👀
and I don’t even use the Bonus program!
Most projects are modest—92% have 10 or fewer units, typically small homes in larger yards.

I believe it came up because the program repeal was attached to another provision. But because the repeal wasn't noticed to the public, they now have to re-vote on it. And they separated the two items.
