Biden failed by pretending Covid was over. Biden didn't do ring vaccination for H5N1, he didn't invest funds in testing, & he didn't mandate disposal of dead animals. No public health campaign, no #CleanAir mandate or masks. Biden dropped the ball & Trump won't be picking it up.
