#migrainechat, does anyone have experience with both cefaly and nurivio?
I just started using the nurivio and so far I’m just finding it too painful if I go above 15%. The nurivio is also so much more expensive long term.
I’m considering the cefaly, but I’m so nervous that it will be painful.

I think it’s actually helped(!!). I tolerated higher settings the more I used it - I started around 20% but am up to 45% now. The cost is painful though 😳
I’m almost 3 years into the never ending migraine, I’m exhausted, and I so badly wanted a neuromodulation device to work (as I’ve tried every med there is)
