It’ll never cease to amaze me how chain and franchise restaurants are able to raise prices at a reasonable rate of maybe 10-15% over the past few years, while local places have easily upped theirs 60-70% and yet people accept it, almost as a throwaway, due to rising labor and ingredient costs.
