Yeah it ends up with me having to put his character together myself and I have very limited attachment because I don't know what his life was even like for the vast majority of it. First episode should have just been that.

Badically, they missed the number one advice as writers, show don't tell.

Its weird how they fucked that up when Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and Luke Cage all get correct treatment and their shows are all awesome. Like just do what they did and Iron Fist would have improved a lot

Yup. Alot of people blame the cast for some reason when the poor writing and direction really bring it down. Feel like it's similar to how AOTCs script was for the cast. Good actors bad script. I thought Iron Fist was alot better in Defenders.
