I think it's the squibsh factor. Other fruits, when blended, are separated into juice and fibers, and banana is just 100% single-texture squibsh that doesn't really change with blending. Well, no, I'm wrong. When blended, it becomes squobsh.
Think about it bugs, animals, and humans eat it in all its forms/stages. We’ve even manipulated its DNA. So it’s like here damn! Also, avocado frozen or not makes a decent substitute
