The City claims it wants to support people cycling then seizes the bikes when people actually do it. There needs to be proper parking solutions. Look at Amsterdam & Ghent to see both the problems & solutions related to cycle parking when there is mass participation in cycling.

£235 per bike is over twice as much as the fine that the metropolitan police issue for speeding.
