Yeah well they made mistake multiple times. First formation of Germany from Prussia -> WWI. Letting it remain a state -> WWII. Dividing it into two (west kinda split into thirds), but just merging the western GE Nazis into NATO. Then allowing it to reform as one state again near end of USSR
