Continuing with that, Blair didn't call a snap election in 2001, nor did Sunak call a snap election in 2024.

"A bit earlier than expected, but still not unreasonable" is not a snap election.

Anyone who has a clue about what is going to happen is lying but the only rule about Canadian politics is that the New Democratic Party always get shitcanned. Even when they became the Official Opposition in 2011 they got shitcanned.
