I have complicated feelings. Obviously the company is much more than just Musk, and there are people working there that I'm sure are fine folks trying to make a good product. They were bought by musk, not created. But he's inserted himself so fully into their culture that now you can't divorce it.

I feel the same about SpaceX. Same story.... they were doing their thing before him. He just bought it and involved himself.

On the surface, both companies pursue ideas I generally support, but because Musk I can no longer support those ideas through them

That said, anybody buying a cybertruck who claims to have any motives doign so aside from "i support this man and his ideas" is either stupid, or lying.

Yeah, I mean we knew enough about Elon before the truck came out. I am so thankful I never bought a Tesla.
