YALL!!! I might FINALLY be making grounds with my dad's property/belongings. Still have to wait on my POS brother and the awful landlord's lawyers but the current document they've drawn up finally seems to give middle ground and a way forward to retrieve my dad's belongings! Fingers crossed for me?!
