I've been doing my makeup for less than two months, before I was out I had ten pictures of myself I took that I know of. I am bad at it. I'd almost feel empowered if it wasn't so mean, somehow single handedly representing us after two months would almost be an accomplishment

Its one asshole. It isn't representative. But the first person treating me like that also being trans is a bad feeling. We've got enough enemies from without, we do not need them from within. Every trans girl I see is gorgeous and I will die on that hill. We need to support eachother

I am me. I am happy. And I will be authentic, after 25 years of repression I refuse to be anything else. If that makes me cringey or makes me look like a psychopath then fine. I'm still happy and no one is taking that from me.

I sincerely hope whoever this person is is having a better day than I am. However they treat me, I still want them to feel safer than they've made me feel. I love my community even if it doesn't always love me back.
